You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your delivery.

Return & Exchange Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a full refund or direct exchange:

• Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original new condition with no dirt, sweat, or field scents.
• Tags & Packaging: All original tags, care booklets, and protective packaging must be intact and attached.
• Proof of Purchase: Order confirmation number or phone number used during checkout.

Step-by-Step Return Process

1. Initiate Request: Contact our team via WhatsApp (+977 1 4442201) or email ([email protected]) with your Order ID and reason for return or preferred exchange size.
2. Pickup or Drop-off: For Kathmandu Valley customers, our courier will collect the item from your doorstep. Outside the valley, drop off the parcel at the designated partner courier hub.
3. Quality Inspection: Once received at our Thamel workshop, our team verifies the garment condition within 24 hours.
4. Dispatch / Refund: Your replacement size is dispatched immediately, or your full refund is credited to your chosen payment method within 2–4 business days.

Workshop Repair & Warranty Services

We believe great outdoor gear should last decades, not seasons. If your jacket tears on rough rock or a seam loses its waterproofing over years of heavy alpine use, our master tailors can restore it at our Kathmandu workshop. Visit us in Thamel or ship your gear to us for inspection and repair.
