Outdoor Compass began with a simple belief: Nepal deserves outdoor clothing shaped by its own trails, weather, and people. What started from a cold, rain-soaked trek has grown into a Nepali brand built with local skill, mountain experience, and a purpose bigger than products.
Made here, for the journeys ahead. Thoughtful design, skilled hands, and care in every stitch connect our people to the outdoors.

Behind every garment are the people who make it possible. From the workshop to the shop floor, their skill, care, and everyday commitment give Outdoor Compass its character.

In 2020, our production journey began with four sewing machines. Working alongside local tailors, we learned to turn an idea into outdoor clothing, one pattern, one seam, and one finished piece at a time.

Skilled hands.
Care in every stitch.

From the first idea to the finished garment, thoughtful design and skilled making come together. Each step brings the clothing closer to the journey it is made for.
Start with the journey the garment is made for. Define its shape, fit, features, and construction details.
Select fabrics, linings, threads, and trims that suit the garment’s purpose, comfort, and durability.
Turn the design into patterns and a first sample. Refine the fit and construction before preparing the size range.
Lay out the fabric, cut the pattern pieces, and organize the panels and trims ready for assembly.
Join the panels, build the seams, and add pockets, closures, and finishing details to bring the garment together.
Inspect the stitching, measurements, and final appearance. Trim loose threads, press, label, and pack the finished garment.
